Do we stay together during the entire experience?
Yes! Unlike traditional public baths, our concept is 100% Private. You and your partner will enjoy the entire ritual (Sauna, Scrub, Foam, and Massage) in the same room together. No separation guaranteed.
Do I need to pay online to reserve?
No payment is required online. To keep it flexible for travelers, we accept payment at the venue. You can pay with Cash (EUR/USD/TRY) or Credit Card upon arrival. Online reservation is only for securing your time slot.
Is it a “Public Mixed” hamam with strangers?
Absolutely not. We do not mix strangers. You are booking a Private VIP Suite exclusively for you and your partner. You will have your own changing room and hamam section.
How fast is the booking confirmation?
We prioritize online requests. After filling out the form, our team usually sends a final confirmation via Email and WhatsApp within 15 minutes. For same-day/last-minute bookings, we reply instantly.
What if we want a massage? Is it in the same room?
Yes. If you choose the Romance VIP or Sultan’s Luxury package, your aromatherapy oil massage is also performed side-by-side in your private room after the bath ritual
What do we need to bring?
Just bring yourselves! We provide all necessary amenities including traditional pestemal (towels), slippers, shampoo, and soap. We also offer hair dryers and secure lockers.
