Terms of Service
1. The service
Couple Hamam Istanbul, operated by Empire Concierge LLC · 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we"), arranges private hamam experiences for two guests in Sultanahmet, Istanbul. We take your reservation, confirm it, coordinate your visit and, on request, your complimentary pickup. The hamam ritual itself is performed by the hosting hamam and its therapists.
2. Reservations
- Every package is for exactly two guests who experience the ritual together in a private hamam. Larger groups are arranged individually on request.
- A reservation is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation on WhatsApp or by e-mail with the package, date and start time.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. A late arrival shortens the session; the full price remains due.
- Start times are confirmed subject to the hamam's availability. For same-day requests we confirm the exact start time within a few minutes of your reservation.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown per package for two guests, in euros, and are fixed at the moment of your confirmation.
- Nothing is paid online. There is no deposit and no prepayment. You pay the full amount at the hamam on the day of your visit, in cash or by card.
- Gratuities for the therapists are welcome but never required.
4. Changes and cancellations
You can change the date or time of your reservation or cancel it without any fee. We kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that the hamam can offer your time to another couple. Reservations that are not used and not cancelled may be declined for future bookings. If the hamam cannot host you at the confirmed time, we offer another time or a cancellation free of charge; our liability is limited to this.
5. Pickup and return
The complimentary pickup and return by car is available for places within Sultanahmet and the Old City and is arranged on request when you reserve. We send your driver's name, the vehicle and the plate before the pickup. Pickup times are planned for the Istanbul traffic of the day and may shift by a few minutes; please be at the entrance at the agreed time. Pickups from other districts, airports or cruise ports are quoted separately.
6. Health and conduct
- A hamam is a warm, humid environment with a scrub and massage. If you are pregnant, have a heart or circulation condition, high blood pressure, skin conditions, recent surgery or any other medical concern, please consult your doctor before your visit and tell us when you reserve.
- Guests take part at their own responsibility and must follow the therapists' instructions. Alcohol before the session is not recommended.
- Towels, pestemal wraps and slippers are provided. Please leave valuables at your accommodation; neither we nor the hamam can be held responsible for personal items.
- Children from 6 years are welcome together with their parents in the private hamam; children's participation is arranged individually.
7. Our role and liability
We act as the reservation and concierge service. The ritual is delivered by the hosting hamam, which is responsible for the premises and the treatment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the reservation concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Communication
By reserving you agree that we contact you on WhatsApp and, if you gave an e-mail address, by e-mail about your reservation: confirmation, a reminder, driver details and a short thank-you after your visit. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message.

10. Law and contact
